Minimally Invasive Lateral Approach For Sinus Augmentation

8-9. The bottom of sinus is filled using a syringe that can push the deproteinized bovine bone into the sinus. After filling the sinus with deproteinized bovine bone with the traditional technique, a reabsorbable membrane is placed in order to keep in place the bone and close the opening access.
