Bilaminal Coronal Flap To Cover Exposed Root

1-2. Clinical view of a deep recession of upper first premolar and canine. 1 2   3-4. Surgical step in which the flap is made. 3 4   5. The flap is moved up after muscles fibers were cut. Graft of connective tissue is sutured in order to cover the coronal part of exposed root. 5   6. The flap is now sutured to cover exposed roots. 6   7. Healing after two weeks. 7   8.
